白松露菌王 111萬成交

【本報訊】一年一度的意大利白松露國際慈善拍賣會昨日舉行，最大一棵重 900克的白松露菌王，由一名居港的韓國籍名媛李志延以 10.05萬歐元（約 111萬港元）投得，平均每克價值 1,237港元。

第 12屆意大利白松露國際慈善拍賣會昨在意大利歷史悠久的 Grinzane城堡面具館舉行，還同時透過衞星直播連線到本港著名的意大利餐廳 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA，讓本港的買家可在餐廳內出價競投。
經過一輪出價，由居港的韓籍名媛李志延以 10.05萬歐元投得。該棵白松露菌王將在明天運抵本港。李志延居港多年，對飲食向有研究，是亞洲首位葡萄酒大師。
白松露價錢昂貴，被稱為「吃得的白色鑽石」，白松露的採集期一般為每年的 9月中至 11月底，出土後需在 20天內吃掉，否則會變壞，故每年掘得最重的白松露菌王，大都會在 11月前售出。
重 900克的白松露菌王（小圖），昨以 111萬港元拍賣成交，由李志延投得（圖左）。

Full of Barolo, Barbaresco and white truffle in my stomach … Really feel great!!! ^_^

力度弱了，但換來的卻是 甜美、温文爾雅、柔和酒體，風韻猶存……
Unexpected good.
We opened the bottle Gaja 1967, filtered the wine in one decanter and after a while put it back into the bottle. It did not breath that much…
But the Borgogno 78 after decanting was much better…

好快、好快再見面啦！
意酒美食、浪漫樸實城市、在山丘上靜看雲霞變幻.....
已經在沈醉中......
十月是一個又驚又喜的日子。
喜者 ~ 可以與幾位好朋友再到意大利來一趟短暫假期，休息一會充充電。
驚者 ~ 回港後第二天便開始三星期的〝三陪小姐〞生涯，
穿梭中、港、台三地，還要清理案上堆積的“山仔”，想起都害怕！
傾倒－葡萄酒 ~~
專程到書店買這本有關葡萄酒的書，一個很簡單的原因：
一份親切感！因為封面有那支肥肚腩 Gavi 的相片。
一支自己代理了三年、而且很鍾情的意大利白酒。
猶記得當年與意大利 Partner 一起揀選這支白酒時，除了品質優秀，價錢合理外，還有被那簡單 但帶有歐洲風情的樽形吸引。
一個叫人難忘的設計！

Due to an accidental family matter with my partner, we were unable to visit Burgundy this time!
Only staying in Piedmont for the whole trip.
However, it was an experienced and pleasant journey.
