Varietal: a careful selection of the best Moscato grapes cultivated in their Asti, Alessandria and Cuneo vineyards.
Gambero Rosso: 2 Glasses
Alcohol content: 9%
Taste: delicate, long and moderately sweet, aromatic, fruity and full on the Palate.
Ideal with cheese, cooked meats, seafood and the most refined desserts. It is also excellent as an aperitif.

1) Château de Viviers, Chablis
Viviers is the name of a small village within the Chablis vineyard area.
2) Domaine du Château Gris, Nuits-Saint-Georges
Named the “grey castle” by the local population because of the grey slate roof,uncommon in the area, where small brown roof tiles are the norm.
Owned by the same family/company since its origin.
Distinguishes itself by its two "Monopoles":
- Burgundy, "Clos de Lupé" which is the only vineyard planted in the heart of the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges.
- Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru,
Nuits-Saint-Georges first growth, "Château Gris" is the only vine planted in terraces and ranked leading cru of the slope.

It has a pretty green-golden colour. Very fresh and young, it has an intense fruitiness of pineapple and grapefruit, and also a fine florality.
Very smooth on the palate, it is full-spirited with a nicely poised body.

“On est conquis par ce vin puissamment charnu qui avance naturellement en bouche par une acidité très fine mais bien présente.” -17/20 - La Revue du Vin de France June 2007.
It is of a pale and bright, silvery gold with gleams of green.
It has fine fresh and typical fruitiness, mint, citronella and a somewhat iodine minerality. Its body is soft, fleshy and finely poised.
Ø 2005 Gevrey-Chambertin "Clos Prieur", Domaine du Chateau Gris, Burgundy, France
It has a deep garnet-red colour. Though still young, its fruit is already delicate, with strawberry, citrus and black berries including blackcurrant. Along with some liveliness and good, well-dosed wooding, it has a fine balance between fleshiness and tannic body.

It has a deep and very bright garnet-red colour. It is very delicate and typical with sweet spices, red pepper and red berries including wild strawberry. A big wine, it is very fleshy and full-bodied.
