Label & cork 出奇的新！？
水位很高
原來於1988年 re-cork 過。有沒有重新換過 label 呢？
Very metallic on the nose, for the first 5 minutes. Then it evolved into a superb wine. Ripe and ready. In the mouth there is still a lot of body with fruity scents. Soft and integrated texture. Pretty good condition.
But to drink now, don’t wait !
2003 Negru De Purcari, (Moldova, South Eastern)
Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon, Saperavi, Rara Neagra
聽說英女王是此酒莊的長期支持者。
A value for money red, really enjoyable wine.
It has lots of fruit and a soft, supple, fleshy palate with fine non-aggressive tannins.
