Couldn’t believe we finished so many bottles after few hours’ “hea”!
Carruades de Lafite 1995
Had it decanted for half hour, then poured in glass to breathe and taste. Little floral nose at the beginning, and hints of cherries, dark fruits and slightly liquoriced. The tannin was fully integrated, well balanced and elegant. Nice bottle, but reached the peak, not sure if because of improper storage.
