4月10日晚上 9pm, 小北京狗白飯仔被狠心主人連狗袋+一舊白飯.....丟棄這葵涌區公屋邨一花槽暗位後, 白飯仔一直守候於此, 苦苦等待著心愛的主人.....就是白飯仔不會知道, 牠的主人是何其忍心...??!!!! 直到餵貓姐姐於餵貓時發現, 然後通知此公屋邨另一義工太太, 義工太太正忙著打理流浪貓, 便找來附近的我們去看小北京狗.... 當我走近小北京狗, 再拿起牠的狗袋想檢視時, 小北京狗馬上捐回入狗袋, 於是我也順手關起袋口, 安全地被捉到.... 不過捉住了小北京狗後, 我地義工不知暫托到哪裡, 而且時候也不早, 結果請求一間認識的寵物店暫養1晚, 但寵物店主說明只許一晚, 我地要快找暫托家, 才再找領養吧 ! 由於小北京狗雪白的, 又被狠心主人放舊白飯響佢身旁, 我地決定暫叫佢做白飯仔 !
白飯仔 Info.: * 成年北京狗仔, 未 desex * 晶片+年齡 : 未知, 稍後必到 vet.檢查 * 暫見活潑, 未見有病, 明顯是由前主人洗澡+剪毛後, 才被丟棄, 身體算乾淨 .

This Orinda-based label from Michael Verlander and Kerry Murphy has set a new benchmark for the powerful style of California Chardonnay, and the Russian River bottle comes from a mix of top sites in the appellation: several parcels of Dutton Ranch, plus about one-quarter from Charlie Heintz’s vineyard (a star in this year’s Top 100 Wines), the DuMol estate holding and Searby. It’s a classic Russian River expression, barrel fermented in 40 percent new oak.
2005 Quilceda Creek Cabernet Columbia Valley (RP100)
Followers of Parker scores are probably nodding right now, for the ’05 Quilceda, from Washington State’s Columbia Valley, followed in the tradition of Quilceda’s ’02 and ’03 in getting a perfect 100-point score from the Wine Advocate. A mix of fruit from three of the state’s defining vineyards – Champoux, Klipsun and Tapteil – it is the very essence of powerful Washington Cabernet.
The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon contains 3% Merlot.
It was aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak.
Opaque purple-colored, it has a splendid perfume of violets, wood smoke, truffle, Asian spices, black cherry, and black currant preserves. Opulent and mouth-coating, the layers of complex flavors nearly hide enough tannin to support 8-10 years of additional cellaring. The oak, tannin, and acidity are beautifully integrated and the lengthy finish lasts for well over a minute.
The Botrytis version is hardly ever seen on shelves, but Poet’s Leap may be familiar as the joint project from Allen Shoup, the former chief of Chateau Ste. Michelle, Washington’s largest winery, and German master Riesling maker Armin Diel.
