話時話,自己是東寶常客,也可算是老板的好朋友之一。



一向那裡的食物,都是我的精神安慰,可為我舒緩短暫的煩惱情緒。

2008 聖誕東寶晚宴終於在一片情緒高漲(差點兒失控),熱鬧愉快的氣氛下完成了!

2005 Villa Sparina, Gavi di Gavi DOCG , Italy


Straw-yellow color.  Fragrance of flowers and fruit with hints of peach.


Full and rich taste, soft and harmonical with tones of noble aromas, resulted from the complete ripening of the grapes.


Grape Variety – Cortese from the district of Gavi


Percentage of alcohol – 13 % by Vol.


 



2007 Domaine du Pegau, Chateauneuf du Page Cuvee Reservee Blanc, Southern Rhone, France


60% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 10% Roussanne, 10% Bourboulenc


There is only 1 hectare dedicated to the production of white Châteauneuf-du-Pape giving birth to approximately 2,000 bottles per vintage after a short maturing of 3-6 months in stainless steel vats. Its appealing complexity of melon, peach and minerals shall be enjoyed over the next 3 years.

2004 Pegovino Vin de Pays d’Oc, Laurence Feraud (Pegau), Southern Rhone, France


50% Grenache, 50% Syrah


An easy drinking fruity wine with hints of sweet spicy.


Pegovino is project runned by Laurence Féraud with a syndicate of growers to produce a “bistrot wine ”, charming and generous. Every year, Laurence visits the wineries to select lots of Syrah & Grenache in order to create her own blend. This work is expressed on the label by the mention “Sélectionné Par Laurence Féraud”.


 



2004 Pago Florentino Tinto, Ribera del Duero, Spain


Deep in color, this modern style tempranillo offers quite a bit for the buck. Notes of chocolate, smoke and black fruit on the nose. Full-bodied, velvety smooth and lush with more black fruit and chocolate on the palate. Very nice.

2005 Altos Las Hormigas Reserva Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina


Packed with ripe blueberry/blackberry fruit, this inky red has a suave palate feel and a long finish.  Concentrated yet soft and well made indeed. Notes of cassis, dark berries, spice and hints of wood. A wonderful wine, will mature further but approachable now.


 



2004 Kallstadter Kobnert QmP, Beerenauslese, Pfalz, Germany


Grape: Ortega ;  Alcohol content: 10%


Ortega ~ It is a White-wine grape named after the Spanish philosopher Jose Ortega y Gasset. It is a cross of Muller-Thurgau and Siegerrebe (which is a Gewurztraminer-Madeleine Angevine hybrid).


The low-acid, high-sugar Ortega grape produces wines with delightful floral characteristics and hints of peach in both aroma and flavor.

短短的聖誕假期在忙忙碌碌中很快便結束了!


忙什麼?忙搬屋仔、到醫院陪媽媽、回家陪老爸、平安夜聯歡宴、病吓、歇吓,這樣那樣便過完聖誕假了!
