Spanish Wine Dinner @ EL Mundo ~ 人物篇

安排這個酒宴,因為自己頗喜歡西班牙美食,而且對這套西班牙酒又有信心。 固希望與各好友放下急速的節奏,慢慢享受一頓美味的盛宴。


很高興及難得兩位孖寶老師可以出席在場壓陣,另我寬心不少!謝謝喔!


希望大家當晚渡過一個開心快樂的晚上!

Spanish Wine Dinner @ EL Mundo ~ 醇酒篇




Sangria ~ 西班牙人很喜歡跟朋友聊天時喝的酒。


用肉桂,加一些檸檬、果汁、水果和紅酒。酸酸的,有點像雜果賓冶,但有些不太重的酒精。挺開胃的一種飲料。


謝謝老板額外為我們安排的 Sangria,好讓大家有半小時的寫意時間 與新知舊遇聊聊天,交流交流。

BODEGAS ARZUAGA NAVARRO


Ribera del Duero, Spain


Cava Oriol de Vallformosa Brut, Penedes


Made from 60% Parellada and 40% Chardonnay grapes.  Yellow straw colour with greenish hints and fine bubbles.  Full citric fruit aromas with hints of ripe tropical fruits, delicate, subtle, fine and elegant.  Full bodied and creamy on the palate with fruity toasted notes.  A very well balanced cava.


Bodegas Arzuaga Fan d'Oro Chardonnay 2006


Rich yellow straw in colour with intense bouquet of ripe mango, pineapple and tropical fruits, laced lightly buttered toasted bread.  A fresh and delicious palate of Provenza herbs with citrus characters to a nice long finish.  What a delight to savour the only chardonnay from the famous Ribera region that goes so well with seafood and tapas!


Bodegas La Planta 2006


Made from grapes (100% tempranillo) grown at La Planta Estate.  The vines are stressed in order to obtain the best quality, concentration and complex fruity aromas.  After a short ageing in oak barrel, this red is a fruity wine with mature and pleasant characters.  An intense cherry red colour.  On the nose, there are fresh and ripe fruity aromas, vanilla and oaky hints. Cherry and mazzard cherry flavours are complemented with vanilla and clove hints and tobacco.


Pago Florentino Tinto 2004


Deep in color, this modern style tempranillo offers quite a bit for the buck. Notes of chocolate, smoke and black fruit on the nose. Full-bodied, velvety smooth and lush with more black fruit and chocolate on the palate. Very nice.


Arzuaga Tinto Crianza 2004


A vibrant red colour displaying ripened red fruits aromas with nice French oak and evolves into a beautiful and mix of flowers, dry petals and herbs.  On the palate the wine is rich, smooth and balanced.  Displays great depth of flavours with obvious sweet tannins that lingers on to a long firm finish.  Superb with any kind of meat dishes!!


Arzuaga Reserva 2004


The colour is deep cherry with ochre-toned on the rim.  The complex bouquet is full of sweet fruits with toasty notes and nuances of cocoa.   Powerful and elegant.

Spanish Wine Dinner @ EL Mundo ~ 美食篇




士多啤梨奶凍 ~ 香滑


西班牙人喜歡下班後或有空時,跟朋友到一些 Tapas Bar ,大家喝酒聊天。他們到 Tapas Bar,等於香港人到茶餐廳,喝一杯奶茶,吃一碗餐蛋麵那樣簡單、輕鬆、熱鬧、有親切感。


在眾多西班牙美食之中,相信最多人熟悉的一定是西班牙的下酒小吃 Tapas


Tapas 通常是一小碟的,讓你可以多點幾款不同的口味。每一家 Tapas Bar,都會有自己不同的招牌 Tapas。其實 Tapas 的發源地,是在南部的 Sevilla

Pan-fried Ox-tongue ~ 肉質清爽,但有點偏鹹。



Garlic Prawns ~ 鮮、爽。 



Suckling Pig ~ 肉質比較厚,很滑,比較軟腍,皮脆。很喜歡!
