Back from Piemonte & Happy Birthday

Back from Piemonte〝皮蒙飲到你唔信團〞.

Full of Barolo, Barbaresco and white truffle in my stomach … Really feel great!!! ^_^

Also bought lots of goodies, they will be shipped back soon.

Soon started my busy weeks with important overseas’ customers.

Also tasted Giacomo Conterno 1998 of which performed beautifully!

Won’t keep any longer, just the perfect time to enjoy!

 

Borgogno Res 1978 - Great discovery of the trip J

力度弱了，但換來的卻是 甜美、温文爾雅、柔和酒體，風韻猶存……

Unexpected good.

 

We opened the bottle Gaja 1967, filtered the wine in one decanter and after a while put it back into the bottle. It did not breath that much…

But the Borgogno 78 after decanting was much better…
