Wine of the Night ~


More approachable, smoother yet powerful.  Nose of forest fruits, plums and licorice. Full-bodied with silky tannins, finishing with a sweet spicy.

Gaja Grappa Di Chardonnay


Not my cup of tea. Only took one sip.  Rich nose with concentrated fruit. Smooth and a long, lingering finsh.

  2. I read somewhere that Gaia was studying in the U.S., when one day she was struck by the smell of a Gaja in the room. She was terribly homesick and decided that she should go back home and join the family winery. I might have mixed up some of the details, but isn't that lovely?

    Really envy the way you started the New Year! May every day be filled with such wonderful vino experience, or at least sweet memory of such experience!
