    2 個星期很快過去, 從法國回來巳有幾天, 學習了很多葡萄酒的知識, 有機會同大家分享。現已再投入工作, 主要忙於與美心攪的一個大型釀酒師晚宴, 共三天, 分在不同的美心 outlets 內舉行。

    Wanna to share with you... I took the first dinner at Lian of the program "Discoveries Wine Maker Tour" by Damon & m.a.x. concepts. It's really impressive to specially selected great wines & food, explanation of wines maker & of course the effort made by Damon. We're happy to the event & I stayed with Maria, AM & two ladies experienced in wines on the same table. As loyal fans & friends of Damon, it's valuable to give our geniune support in coming wines dinner events if you're available & interested to attend.

    About the program... when you join the first dinner/event, you'll provided a "Wine Passport" for 15% discount to upcoming wine dinners or tasting seminars in 2009 under the same program, also 15% discount to wines order from Cottage Vineyards & same discount to all bottle wine at participating restaurants.

    Last thing, 3 days of March programs are given to winemates last nite. Wine dinner on 25th & Tasting Seminar on 28th are recommended as personal preference. However, I've 10 books' celebration party on 28th. So mostly take dinner on 25th instead, the menu covers "Seared Foie Gras with Mache Leaves and Coriander Dressing, Seafood Consomme, Roasted Duck Breast Risotto with Shallots and Wilted Radicchio, Baked Rock Lobster with Black Truffle and Morel Mushroom, Tiramisu with Roquefort Ice-cream" Too delicious at all wow... details will be announced by Maria in March. Pls. note & welcome to show support to our friend Damon, enjoy great wines & food, cheer up!

  9. 參加完昨夜的Lawry's Wine Dinner之後非常後悔...... 點解唔三個wine dinner都全數參加呢, 實在好玩, 酒好, 食物好, 兩者配搭甚妙 招呼好, 地方好, 價錢合理......
    我會好好keep住本wine passport, 為集齊十二個wine dinner而努力

  10. Special thanks to Damon Sir, Ada Leung & Mr. Christophe Reynouard for giving us a fabulous pairing tasting seminar at Pearl on the Peak. The environment, food & wine create a irresistable temptation that we never stop drinking wine & enjoying food side by side. Besides, the seminar also enriches our knowledge about the wine of Domaine du Grangeon. What a "one stone three birds"!!

Hello,Maria Wan.,My old name is "Small Henry"I Had working in South Pacific Hotel in 96-97's and I "m the ex-workmate with Mr Yuen.You can call me "Wynus" now.Now I 'm working in California-Red Karaoke Box,and also to handle the"Wine market Development and promotion team",So I need the sommelier Course to train up myself. but I had study the wset Lv1&2 a few months ago,and maybe I will get the Lv3 course on December.Can you give me some hints ?
